How do I prepare for a service?

All new clients begin by scheduling a consultation because we provide customized skincare services.

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your first appointment to complete a Client Profile Form.

For your treatment session:

• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
• Remove all jewelry before your session.
• Arrive without makeup whenever possible.( for skincare only)
• Remove all toenail polish.  ( for skincare only)

Please note that an additional fee may apply if makeup removal is required before your service.
 

What is a 12-Hour Time Release Face Cleanse?

The 12-Hour Time Release Face Cleanse is a customized light-to-deep cleansing facial treatment designed to 
continue cleansing the skin for up to 12 hours after application.
 

Can I try the 12-Hour Face Cleansing product before I buy it?

Yes! We highly recommend booking an introductory 12-Hour Face Cleansing Session before purchasing the full-size product. This dedicated appointment takes place entirely within our wellness facility, beginning with a professional skin patch test to ensure the premium formula is a perfect match for your skin type.

Once cleared, we will expertly apply your personalized 12-Hour Face Cleansing Mask during your visit. This advanced treatment works continuously to deeply purify your skin while maintaining essential, deep hydration throughout the night.

The next morning, you can completely recharge the product's benefits at home without doing another traditional cleanse. This introductory session allows you to experience exactly how your skin maintains its optimal moisture balance while the formula actively cleanses, giving you total confidence before you buy.
 

What is the price range of your skincare products?

We are a custom-blend skincare company offering advanced skincare benefits.

Most clients begin with one of our Starter Kits, which include sample sizes of the products needed to begin a 
personalized skincare routine. Starter Kits are generally offered at a reduced price and provide an affordable 
introduction to our product line.

Our skincare products are considered premium quality without reaching luxury-level pricing.
 

How difficult is it to learn your skincare system?

Learning our skincare system may seem different at first because every instruction is customized for you. Our skincare system does not follow the typical cleansing routines used by most economical, retail, or luxury skincare brands. We take a personalized approach designed specifically for your individual skincare goals.

With the purchase of a Starter Kit, you receive two complimentary private one-on-one educational sessions to help you gain a clear understanding of your personalized products.

The first session focuses on proper product application, portion control, and usage techniques. The second 
session teaches you how to perform a therapeutic facial using your personalized skincare products. During this 
session, our skincare professional can either perform the facial for you using your customized products or teach you how to apply the facial yourself.

You will also receive a face mapping instructional chart to help personalize your skincare routine and support your facial redesign goals.
 

What is Face Mapping?

Face Mapping is a personalized method of applying skincare products based on the unique needs of different 
areas of your face to support sculpting your face.
 

There is a band shown in your skincare photos. What is it used for?

The band shown in some of our photos is a Sculpting Band.

The Sculpting Band is included with the Platinum Starter Kit and is not included with all Starter Kits. 

It is designed to be worn during the 12-Hour Time Release Face Cleanse to help support facial contouring while the skin is being cleansed and refreshed.

How can Facial Reflex Pts. Correction support a more youthful appearance?

Facial reflex points can become congested, suppressed, or weakened over time.

This may contribute to imbalances in the overall appearance and form of the skin. Correcting and strengthening 
facial reflex points helps support the skin's natural structure and appearance, promoting a healthier and more youthful look.

How often should I receive a therapeutic face mask?

Your Cosmetologists Choice skincare products can be used as part of your facial mask monthly, or 
every 6 weeks, depending on your personal skincare goals and preferences.

If you desire a professional facial treatment, once every 2–3 months is generally sufficient. However, regular 
professional facials are not necessary when following your personalized Cosmetologists Choice skincare regimen correctly.

You may receive a therapeutic deep cleansing facial every 2–3 months. (optional)

Many clients also maintain excellent results through regular use of their 12-Hour Time Release Face Cleanse at home.
 

How soon will I notice results?

Many clients notice improvements in the appearance and feel of their skin within the first few days of using their personalized skincare products.

Results related to anti-aging and appearance enhancement may vary depending on the services selected and

Cosmetologists Choice L.C. skincare products are designed to provide a complete skincare regimen. There is no need for additional products or overnight creams, helping many clients simplify their skincare routine and reduce overall skincare expenses.
 

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove all makeup and jewelry before arriving and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You may arrive earlier and remove your own make-up using your personal products.

An additional fee may apply if we remove your makeup using our professional customized makeup remover. A skin patch test is required and is subject to an additional fee.
 

What should I expect during my first visit?

How does cold therapy benefit the skin?
